Pop UP Partners

Citizens NB has a history of service and stability in the region, first opening its doors in 1985 as a locally owned and managed bank providing modern banking services without the cold and impersonal delivery of those services so prevalent in today’s financial institutions. Citizens NB has expanded to 15 locations throughout Northwest Louisiana and provides a full range personal, business, mortgage and investment services.

Citizens National Bank is not only a sponsor of the Pop UP project, they also stand ready to work with entrepreneurs to share information and advice on services that could work to grow a new or existing business.  These business services range from simple checking accounts and business credit cards to cash management and Lines of Credit. All Pop UP winners will have the opportunity to work with Citizens National Bank professionals on issues involving access to business capital, cash management and long-term investments.

  1. What/how do I get more info about the pop up project? I’m very interested, but don’t see any kind of application

    • Myron,
If you click on the “RFP” (Request for Proposals) tab and go to Section VII you will see proposal requirements. Please let us know if you need any additional information and thank you for Popping UP!

  2. When will you be able to submit forms for the ‘Commons area? We are a book bindery and are very interested in the Commons area. I understand there will be a branch of Shreve Memorial Library in that area as well. We would want near the Library. Just an estimated timeline, June? Sept? I saw plans for the Commons and we are very interested. Book Binding and restoration of books is a form of art. Thanks KJ

    • Hey Kathy- The Shreveport Common Pop UP will be in the fall around the holidays. Our second Pop UP will be in the Central Business District in September, Shreveport Common is planned for middle November–the better to be involved in all the holiday happenings that time of year.
